Straight Cash Homie

He doesn't shine shoes, he doesn't tape ankles, he doesn't cut checks, but he loves to play football. Former NFL star Randy Moss has made plans to return to the league simply for the love of the game. "I just wanna go to a team and play some football. Faith, family, and football, that's my M.O., bro. Your boy be back for the upcoming season." It seems fairly clear that this man still has a love for the game, and hopefully, still has the talent. Its only been a year since his retirement, but at the age of 35, and only 28 catches the previous year, teams may be skeptical to add him to their roster. Moss announced his decision over Ustream.tv, which caught many people off guard, including his agent. The live stream was interrupted when Moss recieved a call from his repesentative. With such a large piece of news, you would wonder why Randy Moss decided to announce to about 500 people only. Moss addressed this by simply saying he didnt want to make a "big splash". We'll see where this goes during the rest of the off-season.

Its A Valentines Day Miracle!

A bill to legalize gay marriage in Washington won final legislative approval on Wednesday. This makes Washington the seventh state to recognize same-sex marriage. The vote by the House of Representatives was won 55 to 43. The bill was endorsed by many companies based in the area such as Microsoft, Amazon and Starbucks. Although this bill has been approved, the bill must still be signed, which will happen before Tuesday, and even still, the measure will not take effect before June 7. The approval of this bill came only a day after a marriage ban in California was declared unconstitutional . As tolerance seems to grow and laws begin to pass, it seems America is heading for a more understanding outlook on love.

Knicks Ticket Prices Are The Highest, But Is It Worth It?

The New York Knicks are the number one team in the NBA..when it comes to ticket pricing. The average Knicks ticket costs $117.47, which is double the league average, and 5 times the price of Memphis Grizzlies tickets! This average cost isn't even taking into account the premium seats! Is that amount of money really worth watching a team that doesn't produce high quality basketball? New York hasn't won a playoff game in 10 years, hasn't won a championship in 29 years, and isn't off to a very good start this season. They have started the year at just 8 wins and 13 losses, but their record does not do justice to the lack of fundamental basketball they have played, and the amount of ambition they've shown. This franchise is in need of a major turn around, and soon, before fans start to give up on their team.
